It can split the vote. I thought he looked fabulous. I heard he told one of the interviewers though he was sick and on antibiotics. I read a couple of months ago that Hugh Laurie from House said his two dream guests for House were Clint Eastwood and Justin. I hope he got to talk to Justin since House is one of my favorite shows. lol I also read today that Mario Lopez from Extra went right to Tina Fey and verified that Justin was offered a guest starring role on 30 Rock.
